You got it! Annie!!!! And this is a YUMMY recipe to
eat your veggies. AND you can make it in a slow cooker. I got a raise in
my allowance by making this before mom, and dad get home from work.
Okay,
do you remember the recipe fiasco with this recipe in diary 3 -

Fiascos? I don't
want to give it away but this is one of the recipes

Mom
doesn't quite trust me YET with knives or the oven (sweater disaster
in diary 1 L), so we
grate AND slice veggies the night before.
-
1 small
zucchini - cut off ends, wash, and peel into long strips
-
3 carrots,
peeled, then shredded
To make the slow cooker veggie lasagna, you will need:
1.
Now it's time to layer the EZ Ravioli Lasagna in the slow cooker.
2.
Spread
¾
cup pasta sauce mixture on the bottom of the slow
cooker.
3. Now layer with
½
of the ravioli,
½
of the zucchini strips,
½
of the shredded carrot,
½
of the pasta sauce, and
½
of the cheese.
4. Repeat, ending with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
OMG!!! Yum and
double yum!! "Daisy, do you want a zucchini slice?"
