Baked Kale Chips
So you know
how Annie LUVS Veggies and she NOW has me hooked. This is the new
potato chip and it's called Kale Chips. AND I L♥V THEM. You've got
to try these.
1 bunch kale
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt or your favorite seasoning (like taco seasoning)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Tear kale off of the stalk and rip by hand into little pieces.
Wash, dry, and place in a large mixing bowl. Toss with oil, salt
and/or seasoning.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread kale on top of
paper.
Bake for 12 minutes, or before edges brown. You don't want the edges
to brown.
Remove, cool, place in a bowl and ENJOY!
