 Pizza Tortillas

This is the perfect recipe for Friday Night Sleepovers with  your friends. Instead of greasy pepperoni pizza. Annie showed me how to make a pizza on tortilla shells with ... you guessed it ... veggies! Annie and her veggies!!! Gotta LV that girl!

OMG, I actually LLV  LV these pizzas with veggies. Can you believe I - Stella DellaVella - just said that? OMG - who is this girl in my body?!!

If you want a make and take project at your next sleepover, try the Sleepover Pillowcase.  Take a trip to the Fabric and Craft store so everyone can pick out their special fabric.

BTW, my besties and I just made Daisy Mamma Mia Pizza Dog Biscuits. OMG! She just heard the word dog biscuits and she's chasing her tail - WTC!!!!

Okay, here's the Ingredient List:

  • 4 (6-inch) whole grain tortillas

  • Can fat-free refried beans

  • Jar pizza or pasta sauce

  • Assorted veggies of  your choice - chopped red or green peppers, sliced onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, black olives, banana peppers, broccoli, or whatever else you want. I sauté the veggies in a sauté pan with 1 Tbsp oil until tender. YUM!! Then I add to the pizza.

  • 1 cup favorite shredded cheese
     

Here's how you make them.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Spread 2 Tbsp beans on bottom or tortilla. Top with 2-3 Tbsp sauce. Top with veggies of choice and sprinkle ¼ cup cheese on top.

Bake at 350° for 5-10 minutes, or until tortilla turns golden and cheese melts.

YUM!!!! GO VEGGIES!
